Disconnect from the chaos and reconnect with the song of your soul. Let 2021 be the year you step into the light, remember who you are, and rebecome the badass you were born to be.

Ready to make changes that result in lasting transformation?

Join the Soul Stretch team for a 4 night/3 day Soul Retreat on Tybee Island. Learn spiritual concepts backed by science, and simple tools that help you drop from the chaos of your mind in to the truth of your heart. It's the longest 16 inch journey you'll ever take!

Become a master of your energy in mind, body and soul--where science and spirituality meet during the full moon weekend. Let go of shit that doesn't work anymore so you can make room for people, places and things that do.

Experience different ways to move your body and nourish your soul. Long bike rides. Sunrises and sunsets painted by God. Dolphin watching from your own kayak. Fresh, delicious meals prepared by your private chef.

Everything is planned out for you. You can take as much as you want and leave the rest. Sign up for private energy sessions, transformative coaching sessions, or consultations with the Doc. All designed to help you get unstuck and moving forward in quantum leaps.*
